You want homemade pizza but you don't want to wait for the dough to rise and proof. Here is your solution. 2 ingredients. Plain Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. Combine, knead and wait 10 minutes (while the oven preheats), then make the crust. If you don't have self-rising flour, you can make that too...using 3 ingredients (all purpose flour, salt and baking powder...see note below)
If you don't have a jar of store bought pizza sauce, my mom's recipe for a quick and easy, 4 ingredient recipe is here: Quick Pizza Sauce.
Prep: 10 minutes
Rest:10 minutes
Bake: 15 minutes
Yield: 1 12-inch deep dish pizza (or 4 personal 10-inch thick crust)
If you don't have self-rising flour for this recipe, you can make it by combining the following
1 1/2 cup All Purpose flour (180g)
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
3/8 tsp salt
