Almond paste is easy to make and requires very few ingredients. Of course, you can but it in the store but why make the trip. The paste can be made in about 10 minutes. Stored in the refrigerator for a month, or the freezer for 3 months. If freezing, suggest portioning out into 1-oz. pieces so you can retrieve as much as you need without thawing the whole block.
