Apple Pie (tapioca)

A great apple pie is a combination of a light, flaky crust encasing apples that are slightly crisp and coated in a lightly sweet glaze. Instant or Minute tapioca is used to create that glaze by absorbing the excess moisture and turning it into a slightly thick and sweet syrup.
