A slow cooker recipe for a spicy shredded beef that can be used in any number of dishes like tacos, burritos, quesadillas and more. The recipe is cooked using a slow cooker, on low, to build flavor in the meat. The cooking liquid from this dish can be strained and saved as a dipping sauce for birria tacos, or it can be cooked back to the meat for more flavor. This step is optional.
