Beet Salad - Buraczki

Earthy beets mixed with sweet apples, spicy onions and dill pickles make for a hearty and traditional style Polish beet salad, called Buraczki. Server cold, or make a roux of 1 Tbsp butter and 2 Tbsp butter, add to the prepared salad and heat through.
