Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani) is an Indian dish that consists of boneless chicken, marinated in mixture of yogurt and spices, cooked and served in an easy to make, creamy tomato curry sauce. The recipe uses a couple of specialty items. Garam Masala is an Indian spice blend consisting of a mixture of cloves, cardamom and cinnamon, and can be found online as well as in almost any Asian food store. Kassori Methi (fenugreek leaves) also can be found online or in Asian food stores, but not always. Substitute with fresh ground fennel seeds or anise seed. This one-pan dish is full of flavors so wonderful that it will rival any Indian restaurant! Serve with Garlic Butter Rice and fresh made Naan.
