Excellent recipe from my daughter, Anna. Simple and consistent. You can easily half the recipe if you only need a little bit...2 T and 2 t of cream would be the equivalent of half of 1/3 cup.
Perfect for frost cakes and cookies, and for decorating.
Makes about 2 cups.
