Buttermilk Fried Chicken

Who doesn't like deep fried chicken with a seasoned skin. Or skinless chicken with great flavor throughout. The coating (marinade and seasoned flour) work great for bone in chicken and boneless chicken as well. The marinade needs time to work into the chicken so give it at least a couple of hours to marinade before frying, but for best results, start the marinade in the morning when you plan to have for supper...or overnight if you are making chicken and waffles for breakfast.
