A quick, throw-together dessert that can easily fit into a schedule. Mix the crust and set aside to rest. Prep and make the filling. When the dough has rested and you are ready to bake, roll out the crust...add the filling...and bake. Use a store bought caramel sauce to finish or make a fresh salted caramel sauce to finish.
