Char Siu - Chinese BBQ Pork

A traditional Chinese pork recipe that can be used in any variety of dishes or uses. And it is delicious all by itself. Eat in sandwiches, bao steamed buns, in fried rice or stir fry dishes. Make ahead, and freeze for later.

Marinate: 24-48 hours

Cook: 1 hour
