With a crispy crust and loaded with potatoes, bacon and cheese, this recipe make for a delicious main or appetizer. The recipe does take some time, mostly in resting (proofing) the dough, but it is well worth it.
The dough is not a type where you can knead it and roll it out. It is a very soft and sticky dough. When handling, make sure hands have been dampened, and be prepared to do that repeatedly.
