This is my mom's recipe used for filling a cheese cake. The flavor is light and enhanced with nutmeg. It is a very loose filling so do not spread too thick and keep it 2 inches away for all edges. Definitely should be at refrigerator temp until needed to keep it thick.
This filling is enough to fill 2 coffee cakes
