This recipe is the basis for any number of variations for a one-pot dinner that can be ready in under an hour. Change the pasta to macaroni, penne, farfalle or whatever you like. Remove the chicken or substitute with pork or beef. Use broccoli instead of kale or spinach, or use whatever vegetable you like. Be careful if changing the cheese as too much of certain cheese and turn the creamy pasta into a clumpy brick.
