A great family meal from a recipe of my mom. It tastes as great today as I recall it. Made with instant rice, canned soup and some wine, with seasoned chicken and baked in a single pan. You can make with a whole cut-up fryer in a 9x13 pan or with half of the chicken (but with the same amount of rice) in an 8 x8 pan.
