A slightly dense cake with a cinnamon streusel topping and a layer cocoa-cinnamon in the middle. Perfect for a breakfast buffet, noon time lunch or after dinner dessert...or anytime you want a snack. Can be made with either Greek yogurt or buttermilk. Since the butter should be cubed but also at room temperature, cube the butter while it is still cold and then set aside until it has softened to room temperature before making the recipe.
