Country Loaf

A simple, round country loaf enhances any number of rustic meals. It requires no loaf pan but can be created using a brotform. Add seeds or rolled oats on top for a beautiful finish. The crust can be controlled by water and time. Spray the loaf with water before baking. Leave the loaf in the oven after baking while the oven cools for a crispier crust.

BAKE: 20 to 25 mins

REST: 2 hours

TOTAL:2 hours 45 mins





Use a brotform to proof the dough to get a more decorative finish to the loaf
