Creamy Garlic Mushrooms

Mushrooms, sautéed in bacon fat and then cooked in heavy cream with garlic and fresh herbs and topped with cheese. These simple ingredients combine form a delicious side dish, or serve over steaks or roasts. The recipe can be prepared in about 30 minutes, and can be reheated.
