Dak Galbi

Dak Galbi is a spicy stir-fried Korean dish consisting of cut-up, boneless chicken that has been marinated in a mixture of herbs and spices, with vegetables and Korean rice cakes. The dish is traditionally cooked in a large, cast iron pan and served from the pan, over white rice or in lettuce wraps.
