Drunken Noodles

Also known as Pad Kee Mao, is a Thai dish from the central region with heavy Chinese influence. The name 'Drunken Noodles' has many different origins but I believe it comes trying to eat the long slippery noodles with chopsticks, making the eater feel like they are drunk.
