Egg noodles are the perfect side dish when mixed with butter and herbs. Or when topped with any number of sauces. This recipe uses the whole egg where many others only use the yolk. Be careful not to add too much extra flour, during the kneading and rolling process, extra flour will incorporated. Be sure to let the dough rest after kneading and before rolling.
