Eggnog is a great wintertime beverage especially up here in the Great North. But sometimes there are guests that don't like to drink it and sometimes you may have purchased more than you are capable of consuming. This recipe uses eggnog as a replacement for bananas in a quick bread. Coated with a glaze of more eggnog makes the perfect dessert or snack during the holidays
