Filipino Barbecue Bowls

Marinated and grilled pork loin, cut into bite sized pieces and served over mixed-greens with red onion and a SE Asian style dressing, makes for a complete meal. Or serve the skewers as an appetizer. Either way, they are delicious.

Marinate: 8 hours, minimum

Cook: 20 minutes
