German Potato Salad

A potato salad, served warm, that adds a distinctive mustard flavor to boiled potatoes. Use fingerling potatoes or new potatoes, and fresh chive. The mustard should be a dark variety. I would not suggest using salad dressing (e.g. Miracle Whip). Use mayonnaise.


Prep: 10 minutes

Cook: 20 minutes

Serves: 4
