Gnocchi in Bacon-Spinach Cream Sauce

Fluffy gnocchi heated and served in a sauce made from fried bacon, shallots, tomato, garlic, seasonings, chicken stock, Parmesan and cream. Once the gnocchi has been cooked, the time from bench to stove to plate is under 30 minutes. Serve as a main course, with bread and a salad. Or, as a side dish. Garnish with chopped basil and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.


You can use store bought gnocchi or make a batch from this Potato Gnocchi recipe.
