Hailing from the North African country of Tunisia, harissa is spicy sauce that is perfect for chicken, fish or vegetables. This recipe uses Harissa Paste, combined with other ingredients for a flavorful and savory marinade. When it comes time to cook, grilling is my preferred method, but you can bake or fry as well. Serve this dish with rice or roasted potatoes, a side of steamed greens and flatbread for a complete meal.
