Bulgogi is the Korean method of marinating thinly slice meat like, beef, pork or chicken and preparing then, most commonly over a grill. This recipe uses that same marinated meat and vegetables for a quick cooked meal. Server over noodle or white rice.
The marinating time can be as little as an hour, or overnight. The marinated meat can be skewered and grilled, or cooked on a flat top.
