Kung Pao Chicken (宫保鸡丁)

A spicy, stir-fried Chinese is traditionally dish made with cubes of chicken, peanuts, scallion, and chili peppers. The classic dish originated in the Sichuan Province of south-western China and includes Sichuan peppercorns. The dish is found throughout China, there are regional variations that are typically less spicy than the traditional Sichuan recipe. This version includes the addition of bell peppers.
