A classic Filipino street food, Kwek-kwek consists of hard-boiled quail eggs dipped into an orange tinted batter and deep fried. Usually served to customers of 3-4 on a skewer, they are served with Vinegar Sauce for a flavorful treat. The batter is crispy, the white becomes a little dense and the yolk become creamy smooth.
