Labneh

One of the simplest recipes you can make for a versatile soft cheese. Labneh is a Middle Eastern soft cheese made by extracting the excess whey from Greek style yogurt. Mix the labneh with any spice or dip blend, or use on flat bread. Makes an excellent taco dip.

Makes about 1 cup.
