Lemon Freeze Cake

This dessert was recovered from Opole, MN church 'Our Lady of Mount Carmel' cookbook from the 1970's. This delicious dessert involves baking a crust made from crushed Chex cereal, making a simple filling using some canned ingredients, topped with whipped topping and then frozen. In making this dessert I found that the canned fruit is optional and can be made without it.


Prep: 15 minutes

Bake: 15 minutes

Freeze: 4 Hours

Serves: 12-15
