Mapo Tofu

Originating from the Sichuan province of China, Mapo Tofu is a highly popular dish consisting of tofu that is cooked in a spicy sauce. A key to this dish is to prep the tofu for at least a half hour before cooking, by gently pressing the water from the tofu. Adjust seasonings to your heat preference,

Prep: 40 minutes

Cook: 20 minutes

Total: 60 minutes
