Whipped cream is always a treat but it is not always the best for warmer temps or to decorate pies, as it tends to weep. Adding mascarpone cheese to the mix makes for a stabilized whipped cream that is sweet, delicious and won't weep. And one that can be used as a frosting. Exchange some of the powdered sugar for cocoa powder to make a chocolate whipped cream
