Pieces of pork, seared and cooked, then finished in a simple SE Asian sauce. A fast cook, and a one-pan dish. Excellent the day of, and better the day after. Broccoli is used in this recipe, but really any number of vegetables could be used; julienned carrots, but add them when mixing up the sauce, work well.
