Niter Kibbeh

Many East African dishes, especially in Ethiopia, use a spiced butter called Niter Kibbeh. It is commonly used in place of cooking oil and is related to Ghee from India. It is simple to make and can be kept a long time in the refrigerator.



Prep: 5 minutes

Cook: 20 minutes

Yield: About 1 cup
