Pasta Carbonara

One of four classic pasta dishes, Pasta Carbonara consists of pasta in a sauce made from eggs and cheese and mixed with fried salted smoked pork. It is a fast dish. Fast to make and is served immediately after cooking. Allow 30-40 minutes from start to finish. Serve as a main course, with a simple salad and bread. Or as a side dish with braciole, parmigiana, etc.



Serves: 4-6

Prep: 5 minutes

Cook: 15 minutes

Total: 20 minutes
