Patitsio

A Greek dish with Italian origins. Similar to a lasagna with layers of pasta and meat sauce, but instead of ricotta or mozzarella, this dish is topped and baked with a Béchamel sauce.

This dish can be made just before baking or fully assembled up to 3 days prior to baking.


Prep:15 minutes

Cook: 90 minutes

Assemble: 15 minutes

Bake: 40 minutes

Rest: 30 minutes

Total: 3 1/2 hours

Serves: 8-10
