This meringue dessert was named for famed Russian ballerina, Anna Pavlova. Created in the 1920's in Australia, it was to honor the ballerina for her tour through Oceania. A light, and delicate treat, it is baked in low-heat for a long time. If wanting to make this dessert, allow at least 3 hours before serving...and know that it will take 2 hours of you oven time at 250°.
