Chleb ziemniaczany, is a traditional Polish bread. It is a hearty loaf made by using the natural starches from potato, along with flour and yeast. Perfect to serve with any meal, or as a treat, warm out of the oven.

Rest: 90 Minutes

Bake: 45 Minutes

Total: 2 hrs. 45 Minutes

Yield: 1 - 5x9 loaf
