Pork Schnitzel

Schnitzel is a slice of meat, usually thinned by pounding and breaded in flour, beaten eggs and bread crumbs. Schnitzel is fried in oil, and usually served with a sauce or mustard. A very popular dish that originated in Austria and can be made of chicken, veal, beef, mutton, pork or turkey.


Adjust the number of portions by adding or decreasing the number of boneless chops or loin steaks,


Prep: 10 minutes

Cook: 6 minutes per pan size and portions
