Red Chili Shredded Pork

Pork shoulder or butt, prepared in a slow cooker until it pulls apart with ease. Then, using the broth created, add more spices and cook to a delicious red sauce. Combine the pork and sauce and use in tamales, tacos, burritos or in any dish you like.


Prep:15 minutes

Cook: 8.5 hours slow cooking on LOW (3.5 hours if slow cook on HIGH)

Yield: About 4 cups packed
