Rhubarb Crisp

Summertime treat with fresh rhubarb. Sweet and sour with a crunch topping. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or heavy cream. Best with fresh rhubarb but frozen will do (thaw and drain). Recipe for a Strawberry-Rhubarb filling is also included below.

COOK: 35 minutes
