Stuffed Shells - Cheese and Spinach

A great tasting stuffed shell for a family dinner. Fresh herbs and spinach enahnce the flavor but substituting with dried or frozen is acceptable. Use jarred sauce of time is an issue, otherwise there is a fresh marinara recipe here. Leftovers, if any can be save in the refrigerator for several days or freeze (allow to fully thaw before reheating) .


This recipe makes a 9 x 13 pan that serves 5-6, or more.

Server with a garden salad and Italian bread.




You can make this ahead of time and keep in the refrigerator before baking. Allow for the pan to come up to room temperature (about 30 minutes) before baking.
