Sufganiyot - Hanukkah Jelly Doughnuts

No yeast. No raise time. These quick and easy, jelly filled treats use a cream puff (pate choux) dough that puffs when cooked. These can be made and stored but are best when eaten fresh. Fill with your favorite jelly, preserve or with Bavarian Cream or custards



Prep: 20 minutes

Total: 60 minutes

Makes about 4 dozen
