Veal Parmigiana

Tender veal, bread and browned. A simple marinara sauce without a lot of fuss. And cheese, Mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake and server. If veal is not your want or not available, easily substitute with center cut of pork chops or split chick breast. Serve with a simple salad and long pasta of choice.
