A traditional Polish confection. A cherry-infused whipped cream, sandwiched between two cherry syrup soaked layers of cocoa sponge cake, and topped with a chocolate ganache. The results are fancy looking but the steps are very simple. Not a fan off cherry? Use vanilla in the whipped cream, and water in the syrup to replace the vodka/juice.
