Yakisoba

A Japanese dish that mixes the flavors of a bright and savory sauce in soba (buckwheat) noodles with vegetables and proteins. A great dish to make on a flattop, griddle or wok. The sauce recipe, which is linked in this recipe, works well for any stir fry combination or for a fried rice.
