Deviled eggs are a wonderful appetizer or snack. Easy to make but also easy to mess up. The mixture has to be both thick enough not to weep, and smooth and creamy at the same time. This recipe adds some heat and zest by including Sriracha, fresh minced onion and jalapeno.
You can customize the flavor by adjusting the amount of mustard, mayonnaise and Sriracha but it you add more of one you should reduce another to maintain consistency.
